特徴
このルアー、リップが付いているのでぱっと見はクランクベイトに見えますが、実はロッドアクションを中心に誘っていく“トップウォータープラグ”です。
メリハリのある「キビキビトリッキーアクション」を 演出します。
日当たりや風の変化など少しでも表層がざわつき始める気配があれば、それは絶好の投入チャンス。
表層に魚が浮いている時はもちろん、「水生昆虫のハッチ」「水面に葉っぱや花びらが落ちる時」「ペレットを強く 意識している時」「朝夕のマズメ時」等もトップウォーターで気軽に釣りやすいタイミングです。

カタカナの“ノの字”に近いルーム構造にする事で、必ず着水直後に元の位置へウエイトボールが降りてくるようにしています。
これは飛距離を大事にする中で、それ以上に動きの立ち上がりをもっと大事にした結果で す。
強いウォブンロール中でもウエイトボールの位置は前方下部に留まり、エラーアクションを起こすことが無い。そして沖での着水直後という貴重な誘いのタイミングでも無駄なく誘えるようになります。

フッキング率向上のためのギミック
従来はルアーが大型化すればフック位置も大きく変わってくる（それぞれの間隔が離れてくる）もの。
パペット・モアは、アクションだけでなく“フッキング”のタイミングでも、パペット・サーフェスに近い使用感 で使いこなせるのが特長です。
リアのエイトカン（金具）を前方へずらし、フロントとリアそれぞれのフックの距離を縮める事で、よりフッキング時の手応えを感じやすくしています。

元々パペット・サーフェスは、アピールを弱くも、逆に必要な分だけ強くもしやすい設計にしており、「誘いの多彩性」が魅力です。
