アメリカのカービング技法を礎に、制作者自身の手によって彫り上げられた、
N-1 ハーフウォレットです。

■ かたちが育つ、輪郭

馬蹄型にも似た、角のない丸みを帯びた形状。
使い始めは柔らかな曲線を描き、
使い込むことで自然に湾曲し、
やがて輪郭の中に、わずかなスクエア感が現れてきます。

完成された形ではなく、
時間とともに整っていくかたち。
N-1は、使われることで輪郭を得るウォレットです。

■ 素材と仕立て

外装にはハーマンオークレザーを採用。
繊維の締まった革質が、深い彫り込みを正確に受け止め、
シェリダンスタイルの立体感を確かに支えます。

内装には、あらかじめ経年したような色合いを持つ
オイルレザー〈タン〉を組み合わせました。
手にした瞬間から馴染み、
外装の変化とともに、自然な一体感を深めていきます。

■ サドルステッチによる確かな耐久性

縫製はすべて、強度に優れるサドルステッチによる手縫い仕上げ。
糸切れに強く、長年の使用にも耐える構造で、
独特な立体感と風合いを備えています。

見せるためではなく、
使い続けるための縫製です。

一般的なハーフウォレットより、
わずかに幅と長さを持たせた設計。

札に適度な遊びが生まれ、
折り癖や膨らみを抑えます。

In every strike of the mallet, in every cut of the blade,
resides an unwavering sense of aesthetics.

The blade is driven deep into the leather,
and flowers and leaves rise from within.
Rooted in traditional American carving techniques,
this N-1 Half Wallet is carved entirely by the maker’s own hands.

■ A Silhouette That Grows Over Time

A softly rounded form, reminiscent of a horseshoe, free of sharp corners.
At first, it holds gentle curves.
With use, it naturally bends and settles,
and over time, a subtle squareness begins to emerge within its outline.

Not a form perfected at completion,
but one refined through time.
The N-1 is a wallet whose shape is shaped by being used.

■ Materials & Construction

The exterior is crafted from Hermann Oak leather.
Its dense fiber structure receives deep carving with precision,
firmly supporting the dimensionality of the Sheridan style.

For the interior, an oil leather in Tan is paired—
a leather that already carries the look of gentle aging.
It feels familiar from the first touch,
and as the exterior evolves, the two leathers deepen into a natural unity.

■ Durability Through Saddle Stitching

All stitching is done by hand using saddle stitch construction,
known for its superior strength and resistance to thread failure.
Built to withstand years of use,
it also adds a distinctive depth and character to the piece.

This stitching is not for display—
it is for long-term use.

■ Form and “Play”

Designed slightly wider and longer than a standard half wallet.

This extra allowance creates just enough play for the bills,
reducing hard creases and unwanted bulging.

Even after extended use,
the wallet resists unnecessary thickness.
