「使い方は60F1と同様に、45F1も高い浮力を活かしたハイフローディング釣法が効果的なテクニックとなる」とHMKLスタッフ。
ハイフローディング釣法とは、高浮力を活かしたテクニックで勢いのあるリーリングによって急速潜行させ、そこからほぼ水平な姿勢で浮き上がらせてバイトを得るテクニックである。ステディリトリーブで水深30cmまで潜らせ、そこでジャークを入れると一気に80cmまでダイブ。そこからポーズを置いて浮き上がらせて、バイトを誘う。水深30～80cmのレンジをハイフローティング釣法による縦の動きでチェックしていくと浮上中のバイトが多く、このときに、しっかりとアタリをキャッチできる感度の優れたタックルをセレクトしておくことで、ヒットチャンスも多くなってくる。
45mmサイズながらボディデザインとそのシルエットに沿ったリップにより圧倒的なキャストフィールで守備範囲は広く、ワイドポンドでも不足を感じさせない飛距離が出せる。カラーラインナップは全16タイプ。クリアウォーターからマッディウォーターまでをカバーしてくれるカラーバリエーションになっている。

Born from a collaboration with HMKL, the DOUBLE CLUTCH 60F1 has earned high praise and trust from many anglers. Now, its highly anticipated downsized model has finally arrived. When the average size of the stocked trout is on the smaller side, or when facing tough conditions at the area, this 45mm body truly shines.

"Just like the 60F1, the 45F1 is highly effective when using the high-floating technique, which leverages its high buoyancy," says the HMKL staff.

The high-floating technique is a method that utilizes high buoyancy to dive rapidly through aggressive reeling, then allowing the lure to float back up in a nearly horizontal posture to induce a bite. A steady retrieve will take it down to a depth of 30 cm, and adding a jerk at that point will make it dive instantly to 80 cm. From there, pausing to let it float up coaxes the bite. Checking the 30–80 cm depth range with the vertical movement of this high-floating technique often results in bites during the ascent. Selecting tackle with excellent sensitivity to clearly catch these strikes will significantly increase your hook-up chances.

Despite its compact 45mm size, the body design and the lip that follows its silhouette provide an overwhelming casting feel, offering a wide coverage area. It delivers enough distance to feel right at home even in wide ponds.
