整備士が着用していたことで知られるメカニックキャップ。UESオリジナルの14.9ozファブリックを使用。 つば芯にはエクストラヘビーネルシャツの生地を2枚重ねて挟み込み、ボリュームを出しています。洗い込むことでアタリがでてくる仕組みです。 帽子本体と帯部分、中のビンカワそれぞれの縫い合わせ部分をずらすことで生地の重なりを避ける縫製仕様になっています。

A mechanic cap known for being worn by auto mechanics. Made with UES original 14.9oz fabric. The brim is reinforced with two layers of extra-heavy flannel shirt fabric sandwiched together, creating a full, voluminous shape. Washing over time brings out natural fading and wear patterns. The seams of the cap body, band, and inner sweatband are offset to reduce bulk where fabrics overlap.
