ただ巻きではテールをゆっくり左右に振りながら水平スイミング。ラインスラックを活用してのトゥイッチングでは一転して左右に、場合によっては上下方向にといった具合にスイングアクションを演出し、ニュートラルなトラウトの捕食スイッチを入れる。

Even in moving water, this lure maintains a tail-up posture upon contact with the bottom, thanks to its high buoyancy. When using a "bottom-knocking swing" technique combined with bottom tapping, it perfectly mimics a small baitfish pecking at the riverbed.

During a steady retrieve, it performs a horizontal swimming action with a subtle side-to-side tail swing. By utilizing line slack during twitching, it transforms its movement into a dynamic swinging action—darting left to right and sometimes even vertically—to trigger a predatory strike from neutral trout.
