Duties & Taxes

  • We are export tax-exempt; no Japanese consumption tax is charged at checkout.
  • Import duties, VAT/GST, and clearance fees are NOT included at checkout and are payable by the recipient (DAP) in the destination country.
  • We do not mark items as “gift” or undervalue.
  • Due to changes in laws or conditions, duties, taxes, and local fees may exceed the item price. These charges are not estimated or guaranteed by us. Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded for this reason.
  • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid charges or refusal, round-trip shipping and related fees may be deducted from any refund/cancellation.

Returns

  • Defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Change of mind: Accepted only after contacting us first, and ALL of the following conditions are met.
  1. Immediate contact after delivery; unused.
  2. All original tags/accessories intact.
  3. You agree to cover round-trip shipping (ship back with tracking to Japan).
  • Duties/VAT paid in your country are not refundable by us. Any reclaim depends on your local procedures.
  • After inspection, we refund the item price minus actual costs (outbound/return shipping and payment processing fees).
  • Exclusions: personalized/engraved or resized items, made-to-order items, and items with signs of use, stains, or odors.
  • Returns/refunds are not accepted due to high or unexpected duties/taxes.

Items we cannot ship

If your order contains items restricted by destination regulations or not eligible for air transport, the order will be canceled after placement. Thank you for your understanding.

About delivery status

  • Use the tracking link in your shipping email to check progress.
  • Once the parcel has arrived in your country and appears stuck, please contact your local postal/courier service directly. Local customs and last-mile delivery are handled in the destination country.
