Explanation of charges other than product price

For customers who have ordered products, [Yamato Transport Cash on Delivery/Credit Card Payment] cannot be used. Thank you for choosing other payments.
Application expiration date
It is within one week from the order. We will get back to you within 48 hours of placing your order. Please send the reply mail within 5 days. Once the official design is decided, we will inform you of the quotation and delivery date again. After that, with the customer’s consent, it will be in the form of an official order.
Defective
If it is defective, we will accept returns. Please email us with the status details.
Delivery time
The actual item is sold within the same day to 3 business days. For products that are manufactured after receiving an order, the delivery time will be around 10 days to 1 month. The delivery date may be extended depending on the order status at that time. Please check by email. Please contact us if you are in a hurry.
For oversea clients, please note to consider international shipping days on top after we completed the production.

Payment deadline
Before our production. We shall send you an invoice and when we confirm your payment, we shall start making.
Return deadline
- Conditions for accepting returns: Items that are unopened and unused and that you have contacted by phone within 8 days after arrival of the product, or that you have notified by e-mail or FAX are accepted if within Japan.
- For oversea customer, we are afraid that we can not accept the return.
- The item has been damaged initially or in transit.
- When a product different from what you have ordered.
- When there is a defect (defective product) in the product.

For returns other than those mentioned above, please pay the return shipping cost at the customer’s expense. For exchanges other than those mentioned above, shipping charges will be borne by the return customer. If you return a product that bears our shipping costs, the shipping cost from us will be deducted from the refund amount.
